These sessions are a little shorter for those who are short on time or energy. Decluttering isn't just about getting rid of the stuff, but the stuff in our heads that caused the clutter in the first place. The process can feel exciting, overwhelming, and exhausting all at the same time. I'm here to guide and support you so that you learn how to set and reach your goals, learn how to set and keep boundaries so you reach those goals, and to trust your intuition. You'll also learn how make smarter, more informed decisions and how to become aware of what's in your life, how you feel about it, and how to change it.
